Nature of Our Services

Our offerings are custom event decoration and photo zone services delivered on agreed dates. Because work includes design time, materials procurement, and scheduled crew labor, traditional product returns do not apply.

Deposits and Payments

  • Deposits secure your event date and begin design planning; deposits are non-refundable once planning work has started.
  • Final balances are due per your proposal and must be settled before installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation more than 21 days before the event: deposit retained to cover design and booking, any additional payments refunded.
  • Cancellation 7–21 days before the event: up to 50% of the total project cost may be retained to cover labor allocation and procured materials.
  • Cancellation within 7 days of the event: up to 100% of project costs may be retained due to production and staffing commitments.
  • Rescheduling is subject to calendar availability. We will apply payments to the new date when possible; additional fees may apply for rush or seasonal pricing changes.

Project Changes

Design or scope changes after approval may adjust pricing and timelines. We will confirm revised costs before proceeding. Significant changes close to the event date may be limited by material and staffing constraints.

Service Issues

If any part of the delivered setup does not align with the approved proposal, notify us on-site or within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues promptly or offer a proportionate credit where correction is not feasible.

Force Majeure

Events outside our control (severe weather, government restrictions, venue closures, supply interruptions) may require adjustments. We will work with you to reschedule or adapt the setup; fees already incurred for custom items may still apply.
